I was so happy to have found this product, and the guys even offered to install it for free for us. They did, which was wonderful, but I'm left with a warning everytime someone tries to register, and also in the back-end, where I can't register people manually. There has been no reply ever since they initially installed it and so I'm left a bit disappointed. It seems to still work so far, but the warning looks very unprofessional on our site and really needs to go - obviously there is something wrong!

I like your product. It has got me launched into the affiliate program world with a quick start. Although I would like to see some visual interface tweaks, I am sure those will come with newer versions. I love that if the instructions are followed, the product works almost right out-of-the-box (barring your configurations).

I haven't tested it under full load yet, but so far it has worked flawlessly. I am confident it will scale nicely!

We bought this component a month or so ago. It didn't install straight out of the box, but this is can be put down to the complexity of our site.

However, I found the support from Emilian to be fantastic. He responded very quickly to our requests (in one case, whilst actually on holiday from an internet cafe), and made some changes and issued a new release version within hours that fixed the specific issue we were having.

We are now up and running with VMA and all seems to be working very well indeed, making us very happy customers. VMA could certainly do with some user documentation, but in our case the great support made up for this.
