It allows you to automatically send personalised full HTM emails to customers based on many criteria. Once a autoresponder is set up, it will run in the background. The autoresponder gets triggered at the repeat time that you have selected and will check what orders and users have met the criteria and send them a personalised message.</p> <p>This the answer to getting a more personal relationship with your customer. This add-on does what it says. It is very powerful so make sure you get the filters right before starting send.
At one point it started to send duplicate emails to customers with the same content. Not good, but it was probably due to using a page-trigger-quasi-cron. With a real cron job this never happend. It also gives you a full log on all activities, on email or only in file. The only draw back is that the code is encrypted which makes hacks impossible...
