I've yet to really test drive the features of this extension, but I am confident it will be exactly what my clients site requires.
My review focuses more on the support I received after the sale of this extension. I encountered a compatibility issue with another extension, FlexTax after the setup of VM. The developer and his engineer made multiple visits to our site to assist with the setup & managed to get these two items working together. Ultimately, the tax support was more critical to my clients needs. That aside, the developer tenaciously worked at the issue(s) until fully resolved. Money well spent! Works great

VM as we know can cause headaches with it's shipping settings; This component works great and make it a lot easier; Support was quick, needed a tweak on this and they did it for overnight !

This component is a must have for anyone needing to set a flat rate shipping fee on individual items. Easy to install, easy to set up, and WORKS! I also need to be able to set up International shipping at a flat rate so I emailed Derek with my request. Not 24 hours later he had responded that a new version was already in the works which will include my request. Not to mention I had an issue with removing something from the confirmation page which he quickly took care of. If you need flat rate shipping per item THIS IS IT!!!
